Age Verification: pa99 implements strict age verification protocols. If we discover that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and any winnings forfeited.

pa99 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer times may vary depending on your financial institution.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. pa99 processes most withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB may be processed the following business day.
You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. First-time withdrawal requests will require identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified payment method will be processed more quickly.
pa99 reserves the right to request additional documentation or to delay withdrawal processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these terms.
pa99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
pa99 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements (if any) have been met.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account through the account settings menu. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) for 72 hours after the request. pa99 provides session time-out tools allowing you to take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, you will not be able to log in or place bets, but your account will remain active.

If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. In no event shall pa99, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with pa99 services is to stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pa99 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of pa99 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting pa99 support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining account balances. Once your account is closed, you will not be able to reopen it or create a new account without express written permission from pa99.
pa99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we suspect violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users. In such cases, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will be notified of the reason for closure.
